We provide radio tower construction, climbing, and maintenance services supporting criticalcommunications infrastructure for the oil and gas industry.
Our team specializes in the construction of self-supporting radio towers, utilizing a combination ofin-house crews and qualified subcontractors to deliver safe, efficient, and scalable tower solutions.Excavation and concrete foundations are performed by experienced subcontractors, while towerassembly, climbing operations, and site coordination are managed under our direct supervision.
We maintain in-house tower climbing capability for inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, andcommunications equipment installation. Antenna dishes, microwave systems, and radio modules are installed by our in-house crews, and supplemented by specialty subcontractors when project size, schedule, or technical requirements require additional resources.
We support equipment and systems from leading OEMs, including but not limited to Motorola Solutions, Cambium Networks, Ubiquiti, Siklu, Aviat, and other licensed and unlicensed microwave and RF manufacturers. Installations are performed in accordance with manufacturer requirements, engineering specifications, and site-specific standards.
For large, complex, or high-risk tower structures, we coordinate execution through vetted industrypartners while maintaining overall responsibility for project oversight, safety compliance, and quality control.

Safety, Insurance & Contract Compliance
All work is performed in accordance with client MSAs, site-specific safety plans, and industry bestpractices. Our crews and subcontractors operate under documented safety programs and are qualified to work in active oil and gas environments, including remote and high-risk locations.
We maintain industry-standard insurance coverage, including Commercial General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Automobile Liability, and Umbrella / Excess Liability. Certificates of insurance, endorsements, and subcontractor compliance documentation are provided as required by client agreements.
Subcontractors are pre-qualified, insured, and managed to ensure alignment with project scope, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
